Clever Cookie Bakery

Clever Cookie moved into their premises in 2021 and found early on that the heat from the bakery was not only uncomfortable to work in but also effected the ingredients. We installed two 10kw air conditioning systems in the bakery and smaller 2.5kw in the shop. To reduce distruption for them we scheduled the work to be carried out on days which suited them best.
