Luke and John installed 2 units for me, they were really friendly and easy to get on with. They were very respectful of our house, making sure they laid dust sheets down to keep the carpets/floors clean while going in and out of the house. They hoovered the dust as they drill to ensure minimal dust spreading.

The units that we had installed are really stylish and very clever you can control them from your phone with lots of different modes.

" Called Supreme to ask for a quote for home air conditioning. Luke called us back to make an appointment and arrived on time on the day requested.
We had no real idea of what we needed and were very impressed by Luke's knowledge and recommendations of what would be perfect for our property. There was no big oversell , he just took his time upstairs and down and advised that just 3 units in the right positions would be enough for our house. Installation took 3 days , there was absolutely no mess and Luke and John with the help of Callum the electrician have done an amazing job. We cannot recommend Supreme highly enough and look forward to a cool summer this year.

" We contracted Supreme Heating and Cooling to install several air conditioning units within our business premises. Luke visited our premises to measure up and advise on the best installation methods available to us (less visible and not so destructive to our leased office). From day one we had full confidence in Supreme Heating and Cooling based on Luke's friendly but professional approach (unlike other typical pushy salesmen that had come out previously).
The whole process from quote to commissioning was very quick, efficient and hassle free. During the installation, the team at Supreme were very clean, tidy, and most importantly approachable and friendly. Apart from having a new addition on our walls (AC unit), you would not think any trades had been on site.
We were recommended to go for the Mitsubishi system with Wi-Fi control and I must say that they are great! We use the system for keeping a constant temperature in our office space's during both summer and winter months. The additional Wi-Fi module also allows us to remotely connect to the system, which is particularly useful if you get home on a Friday and had forgotten to turn of the AC system for the weekend. The 7 year parts and labour warranty is also a huge plus!
If you are considering a AC system from Supreme, I would certainly recommend them!

" We had a system quoted and installed by the team at Supreme Heating & Cooling recently and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. The quote process was simple, they talked us through all the options and why they where suggesting the unit they did. The written quote then came through as promised on the day they said it would (very rare!).
When it came to installation Luke was brilliant. Explained everything fully, demonstrated the unit and looking at the work after he left you can see he takes great pride in what he does (pipe routing, clips used), nothing uneven, nothing out of place. Very polite and completely cleared the area after the work was done. Really cannot say how impressed we are. Not to mention the huge reduction in the electric bill over the old under floor heating. "
